Businesses, especially ones that require a technical infrastructure to run, resemble buildings. Buildings are designed by architects where the building’s purpose, the engineering and financial constraints are all meshed to produce an architectural design. Business are similar, where they need to be properly architected to ensure all aspects of the business are functional in harmony. 

All the services (and their respective outcomes) provided by FFWD must function together as a harmonious well-oiled machine. For this to happen, there must be deliberate design on what business elements are needed, how they will work together, and who will hold their responsibility within the organization. This must be done in a sustainable fashion befitting of the organization’s capabilities (financially, people-wise and infrastructure) and in a way that ensures it is indeed achieving the aspired business objectives.
